Topstitch 2 page Spread using "Cherish" book layout on page 45.

I recycled the "save the date" card to apply to this two page spread as the title. I used the Cherish book (pg. 6 $21.95) for the layout idea, Topstitch Stickease assortment (pg. 14 $4.95), and basic textured cardstock for the base. There are two stamp sets that coordinate with this paper packet: Charmed ($18.95) and Togetherness ($22.95) both on page 15 of the Spring 2010 Idea Book.

save the date challenge....

Okay, I posted a challenge on facebook and got one response. My friend, Kelly's sister, is getting married and needed an idea for a "save the date card". So, with challenge in hand (brain?), I got started. I made the card using the paper pack "Topstitch" (pg. 14). Other elements used are ribbon (pg. 90) and CTMH Fountain Pen Font (pg. 99) and our trusty adhesive (pg. 96.). I used both Glue Dots and Mono Adhesive to make sure the ribbon stays in place.

Using your scraps to make a quick card....

I used the MoonDoggie paper for the Make-N-Take at the monthly crop and had some paper left over. So, I figured, "Let's make a quick card!" Here it is. I used a corner rounder on the right edges of the paper, cut strips of the B&T Duo paper, then stamped a phrase from TLC (pg. 72), used a brad (pg. 92) to adhere a paper flower (pg. 91) and VOILA....instant card!
