I have decided on the menu for the weekend, it is as follows:
Friday:
- Dinner - Baked ziti (meatless), salad, bread, butter with Ranch or Country French dressing.
- Snack - Baked onion dip with crackers and wine.
Saturday:
- Breakfast - Hotel breakfast area for those spending the night Friday night, continental breakfast for others in scrapbooking room
- Lunch - Salad bar with meat, cheese, and other fixings and/or a 6" Subway sub (will pass around choices on sign-up sheet). Dressings to be Ranch or Country French.
- Dinner - Chinese (chicken and broccoli, shrimp and broccoli, and lo mien)
- Snack - Brownie Sundae
Sunday:
- Breakfast - Hotel breakfast area for those spending the night Saturday night, continental breakfast for others in scrapbooking room
- Lunch - Pizza
I hope everyone is happy with the menu. I try to keep the crop prices down, while still offering good meals.
